A Good Drivers' Education Is Essential!:

"Am not boasting, but I just want to say I was privileged to learn how to drive at age 16. It was a requirement in the high school I attended in the United States. After that, I got a learner's permit before even getting a Driver's license for young adult later. After that, before I got a real Adult Diver's license. What's my point? Driving is a privilege, it's not a right. You shouldn't be on the road driving if you don't know the theory, objective and practical of driving. Lives are in danger when you drive carelessly. Let's stop blaming bad roads alone..... Please everyone, be careful out there, especially on the roads.
