"I really don't know what they are teaching in Nigerian Catering and Cooking schools these days. Am not a fan of the new trend of the way they bake cakes. Thank God I have a mom who baked cakes professionally those days. Am glad she just does it as a hobby now. In my opinion, today's generation Nigerian cake designers just care only how the cake looks. They don't really care about nutrition. Too much sugar, too much butter, and etc. Please, if you must bake, TAKE A NUTRITION COURSE AND STOP KILLING PEOPLE. If someone is diabetic, bake the cake to their taste and health. Please learn from the best. You do wish people to live long and celebrate, right?" - Iro
