Healthy Lifestyle Tip of the Day:

Sometimes, avoid some petty profits that can stress you and cause you harm. For example, if it's totally out of your way or you have already worked hard for that day, choose rest instead of running after N10 gain. Many have lost their lives because they didn't listen to warning signs from their body signals. Note: Laziness shouldn't be a lifestyle but sometimes you need to prioritize rest.
