"When everyone in the food business gets these three things right, then you know change has really come to Nigeria. Visited a bakery more than once and I had to seriously stop buying their bread. If you touch your nose or scratch your hair and don't have a strong urge to go wash your hands with soap before handling a customer's food, then you know you shouldn't be in that line of business. I volunteered at a hospital not quite long ago and the cases of food related issues was alarming. Please let's change."  - Iro
